2. Cancellation Policy

a. Before Service Initiation

  • You may request cancellation of any service within 24 hours of payment, provided the work has not been initiated.
  • If the service is cancelled before any project work begins, a full refund may be processed, minus any applicable processing fees.

b. After Service Initiation

  • Once the work has commenced, cancellation is not permitted.
  • In cases where cancellation is requested mid-way through a project, the refund amount (if any) will be pro-rated based on work completed and resources utilized.
  • No cancellation is accepted for completed or near-completion projects.

3. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Service was not delivered due to internal errors or failure on our part
  • Pre-agreed refund conditions mentioned in a signed agreement

b. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide content, revisions, or approvals)
  • Services such as digital marketing or PPC management where results may vary
  • Domains, hosting, third-party tools or licenses purchased on behalf of the client

4. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or bank.
